Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and data warehouse solutions using Snowflake. Optimize data models and query performance, ensure data quality, integrate multiple sources, implement security and governance, and collaborate with BI and product teams to deliver reliable datasets.

Lead multiple client-facing engineering pods (15-25 engineers) across cloud, data, and AI/ML engagements. Own delivery quality, SOW-to-go-live execution, architecture sign-off, incident RCA, and direct people management for senior engineers while partnering with pre-sales and driving engineering culture.

Lead end-to-end architecture and hands-on implementation for complex cloud, data, and AI/agentic engagements on GCP. Scope pre-sales, author ADRs, own non-functional requirements, build reference implementations, run POCs, and mentor delivery teams. Shape reusable accelerators, represent SquareShift externally, and resolve critical production issues through pairing and performance tuning.

Serve as the primary client-facing Technical Project Manager across 4–6 concurrent cloud, data, and AI engagements. Run delivery and governance (sprint planning, steering committees, demos, change control), track risks, finances, and resource forecasts, translate technical progress for executives, support pre-sales, and improve internal delivery playbooks.
