As an Expo, you will ensure smooth food flow from kitchen to dining area, coordinating orders and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, communication with staff, and assisting during peak hours.

Coordinate order flow between kitchen and dining room, verify plating and accuracy, communicate special requests, expedite takeout/delivery, assist with prep during peak periods, maintain sanitation and safety, and support servers and management to ensure timely, high-quality service.
