Own the full sales cycle for stablecoin-native business accounts: build outbound pipeline, run fast deal processes to funded accounts, deliver tailored demos, close mid-market to large accounts, and represent Altitude at global crypto events.

Run end-to-end business operations: people ops (onboarding/offboarding, HRIS), office and culture, board and investor relations, vendor and contract review, and corporate admin. Work closely with founders, manage high-stakes processes, and automate repetitive tasks using AI.

Own end-to-end onboarding and KYC/KYB for business customers: collect documentation, verify entities and beneficial owners (UBO), assess risk and escalate, communicate with customers and partners, and propose process and automation improvements to reduce manual work.

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a pipeline for Altitude's growth by leveraging AI and various communication channels.
