Own candidate quality and pipeline health on Squad's platform. Review and rescue pipelines, run intake/calibration with hiring managers, capture structured feedback, and translate recruiting workflows into product and ops improvements, playbooks, and enablement for internal teams and external recruiters.

Own and build Squad's end-to-end product for recruiters and employers: create product surfaces that make AI matchmaking usable, streamline workflows, expand to new user types, and work directly with the founder and users to define and deliver features.

Lead end-to-end AI work: build recommendation systems predicting candidate-job fit, design AI agents to automate recruiter workflows, fine-tune models on proprietary hiring data, and develop evaluation/simulation tools to measure and improve match quality. Own technical vision and execution as the first AI engineer.

Early-stage Strategy & Operations hire to work directly with the founder to identify strategic problems and own them end-to-end across product, operations, growth, and partnerships. Responsibilities include architecting AI workflows, redesigning company engagement (UX, onboarding, pricing), launching verticals, creating recruiter incentive structures, and scoping new products or partnerships.
