The Drupal Backend Developer will maintain and evolve a headless Drupal CMS, design RESTful APIs, integrate third-party systems, enhance editorial experiences, and manage hosting on Acquia Cloud.

Support a global HRIS transformation by driving communications, training, and adoption. Create and execute communication plans, design training materials and user guides, co‑facilitate workshops, track adoption and engagement KPIs, coordinate change activities, and provide project updates to align with HRIS milestones across multiple countries.

Lead cross-disciplinary digital marketing projects from strategy through execution. Define scope, timelines, and priorities; manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams; identify and mitigate risks; balance quality, speed, and budget; coach junior PMs and improve scalable delivery practices.
