Build and launch agentic AI products for automotive dealerships from concept through adoption. Responsibilities include defining agents, designing prompts and workflows, writing evaluations, running pilots, creating self-serve configuration and activation experiences, monitoring post-launch metrics, researching customer workflows, and producing product documentation. The intern will collaborate with engineering, go-to-market, onboarding, and customer success teams while working directly with live users and paying customers.

Support development of AI-first automotive retail products by writing clear requirements, owning features end-to-end, conducting user research, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking metrics, performing QA, and assisting GTM and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Work with Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations and Product to analyze business performance, build dashboards, automate reporting, define metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and present insights. Use SQL, Python, Excel and BI tools to extract data, improve processes, and create AI-supported internal automations and prototypes.
