Lead onsite client services and mailroom operations: manage inbound/outbound mail and packages, shipping/receiving, replenish office and pantry supplies, maintain copy/print devices, back up reception, perform light maintenance, and deliver high-level customer service to employees and clients.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator ensures a hospitality-driven environment for employees and guests, coordinating office operations and maintaining workspace standards.

Provide mailroom and office services including receiving/sorting/distributing mail and packages, shipping/receiving, maintaining office supplies and copy/print equipment, front desk backup, light maintenance/cleaning, meeting room setup, and delivering exceptional customer service.
