Supervises reception and mailroom operations across multiple client sites, managing staff schedules, service delivery, SOP adherence, training, performance discussions, client relationships, escalations, and operational improvement projects. Ensures sites meet service-level agreements and maintains customer satisfaction while communicating with clients, managers, staff, and executives. The role requires frequent physical activity, package handling, office equipment use, and up to 25% local travel.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, manages calls, visitor logs, badges, access cards, mail, hospitality, facilities support, catering, conference rooms, and reception-area upkeep. Requires polished communication, customer service, discretion, technology proficiency, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Provides mailroom and business services, including receiving, sorting, shipping, packaging, chain-of-custody documentation, office supply inventory, printer and copier servicing, work order processing, and customer support. Maintains professional relationships, follows safety procedures, and may drive company vehicles. The role requires Microsoft 365 skills, shipping knowledge, basic equipment troubleshooting, physical package handling, a valid driver’s license, and background screening.
