Leads architecture, development, verification, validation, testing, and commercialization of medical imaging software and device applications. Translates signal and image-processing algorithms into production software, develops UI/UX features and prototypes, integrates machine learning models and medical imaging systems, and ensures regulatory compliance. Collaborates with engineering, clinical, quality, marketing, and regulatory teams while mentoring engineers and supporting documentation, intellectual property, and technical leadership.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for medical device clinical research programs, including study planning, execution, compliance, regulatory support, site and CRO oversight, vendor management, budgeting, timelines, inspection readiness, and post-market evidence generation. Builds and leads the Clinical Affairs function, develops personnel, and collaborates with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality clinical evidence.

Responsible for ensuring catheter and console products meet regulatory and quality requirements across design, development, verification/validation, and manufacturing transfer. Duties include complaint investigations, CAPA management, risk analysis (FMEAs), process and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), design control deliverables, statistical analysis, supplier/change impact evaluation, and audit support.
