Supports federal capture and business development pursuits from opportunity identification through proposal handoff. Conducts agency, competitor, incumbent, procurement, and pricing research; develops capture briefs, bid/no-bid inputs, capture plans, win themes, RFI responses, and past-performance write-ups. Maintains pipeline, CRM, teaming, and milestone data; identifies partners; supports price-to-win analysis; and coordinates organized handoffs to proposal operations across DoD, Federal Civilian, and National Security opportunities.

The Functional Test Engineer will plan and execute operational testing, create test scripts, cases, and scenarios, perform manual and automated functional, regression, load, and system testing, interpret requirements, document defects, provide management reporting, and support requirements development. The role requires testing experience in government environments, basic SQL, and service testing with Oracle SOA ESB and Windows.

Develop and maintain Marine Corps cybersecurity policies, strategies, standards, and governance. Support privacy, PII protection, identity and authentication, PKI, RMF, risk analysis, security assessments, audits, and social media protection reviews. Represent Marine Corps interests in DoD and DON working groups, provide policy guidance to leaders and stakeholders, and recommend corrective actions and long-term cybersecurity improvements. The role requires eligibility for a Secret clearance and applicable DoD cybersecurity certifications.
