Provides program and financial management analysis for a government contract. Responsibilities include acquisition documentation, data collection and analysis, cost estimates, status reporting, programmatic and budget reviews, risk management, information repository maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating recurring meetings. The role requires collaboration across technical, business, and government teams and knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement procedures.

The Intelligence Analyst evaluates incoming reports and information, identifies relevant data sources, accesses classified and open-source databases, and conducts research to support investigative or operational intelligence initiatives. The role analyzes and interprets information, corroborates findings, downloads and edits results according to standard procedures, and provides clear written recommendations. Strong attention to detail, judgment, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Manage requirements intake, analysis, prioritization, traceability, and tracking across enterprise programs. Produce portfolio artifacts, dashboards, schedules, and reports; monitor cost, schedule, performance, risks, and issues; support acquisition planning, PPBE alignment, and portfolio health analysis to enable data-driven decision-making.
