Own customer audit journeys from gap assessment and readiness through external audit fieldwork, remediation, findings resolution, and closure. Assess security controls, cloud environments, policies, and evidence; develop risk-based remediation plans; coordinate customers and independent auditors; track requests and risks; and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. Improve scalable audit playbooks and workflows while collaborating across technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, engage senior security executives, design solution architectures and POCs, run discovery workshops and demos, address security and regulatory requirements, enable handoffs to implementation and Customer Success, influence product roadmap, and mentor solution engineers.

The Enterprise Sales Director will build and execute Sprinto's enterprise sales strategy in the US, lead sales efforts, develop a team, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires engaging with technical buyers and managing relationships within the CISO and compliance communities.
