Own Sprinto’s organic growth strategy and revenue outcomes across SEO, AI discovery, website conversion, and non-paid channels. Responsibilities include increasing qualified pipeline, improving visibility across search engines, AI platforms, review sites, and communities, managing analytics and attribution, running growth experiments, optimizing conversion paths, building scalable systems, and partnering with content, BDR, and sales teams. The role also involves hiring and coaching a small team while remaining hands-on with analysis and execution.

Own customer audit journeys from gap assessment and readiness through external audit fieldwork, remediation, findings resolution, and closure. Assess security controls, cloud environments, policies, and evidence; develop risk-based remediation plans; coordinate customers and independent auditors; track requests and risks; and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. Improve scalable audit playbooks and workflows while collaborating across technical and executive stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve customer issues involving integrations, APIs, configurations, browser behavior, logs, and cloud environments. Reproduce problems, test hypotheses, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical customers, and coordinate precise escalations with Product and Engineering. Improve documentation and troubleshooting processes while developing expertise in security frameworks, compliance, and SaaS systems.
