Own the architecture and technical direction of shared Java platform systems at enterprise scale. Design multi-tenant, event-driven platforms and extension patterns using Kafka, APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and REST. Lead modernization, migrations, reliability, performance, observability, and cost optimization. Mentor senior technical leaders, conduct design reviews, establish engineering standards, and partner with product, SRE, and security teams. Champion responsible AI-assisted development and ensure platform frameworks are adopted safely across multiple teams.

Generate high-quality pipeline through insight-led multichannel outreach to enterprise prospects, supporting both new-logo acquisition and existing-account expansion. Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to qualify and advance opportunities. Engage VP-level and C-suite stakeholders, build strategic relationships, analyze conversion and pipeline quality, and improve sales performance. The role requires proactive ownership, strong commercial judgment, collaboration, resilience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Lead delivery and optimize Sprinklr CXM and CCaaS implementations for enterprise clients. Manage managed-services engagements, configure platform solutions, train users, identify optimizations, support sales/success teams, and maintain platform relevance and industry expertise.
