Create and manage compelling B2B SaaS content across web pages, blogs, customer stories, campaigns, emails, social media, paid ads, presentations, and video scripts. Partner with cross-functional marketing and design teams, simplify complex enterprise technology, maintain brand and editorial standards, manage multiple deadlines, and use AI tools to support research, ideation, and drafting while applying strong editorial judgment.

Own end-to-end execution of CCaaS-wide technical programs, including planning, dependency and risk tracking, executive reporting, operational cadences, incident follow-through, and rollout readiness. Coordinate product, platform, cloud, security, and SRE teams. Build Python-based utilities, API integrations, dashboards, and AI agents to automate reporting. Apply cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, FinOps, and real-time communications expertise while translating technical details into executive-ready updates.

Develops new business revenue within large enterprise accounts through account and territory planning, prospect research, and field-based sales activities. Builds relationships with CMO, COO, CTO, influencers, executives, and other decision-makers; identifies customer needs, develops champions, expands opportunities, and closes complex enterprise-wide SaaS deals. Maintains strong knowledge of the customer experience market, industry, and competitors to generate revenue and deliver customer value.
