Leads credit, collections, accounts receivable, credit approvals, order releases, dispute resolution, and risk monitoring. Supervises credit and deduction staff, manages customer delinquency and payment plans, maintains credit policies and controls, and partners with sales, finance, logistics, customer service, IT, and operations. Produces credit and collections reporting while improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and supporting profitable growth.

Develop and grow relationships with architects, designers, developers, general contractors, and dealers to drive commercial window-management specifications and sales. Manage opportunities from early design influence through project close, maintain the territory pipeline in CRM, present solutions, negotiate, monitor competitors, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires 35% travel and focuses on achieving sales objectives across commercial markets including healthcare, education, office, and government.

Builds and maintains product configuration models for custom window coverings, translating product and engineering requirements into validated rules, options, matrices, attributes, BOM logic, and production-ready outputs. Tests and troubleshoots configuration behavior, documents modeling standards, supports product launches, and collaborates with product management, engineering, IT, manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service.
