Support daily warehouse operations by picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, printing labels, performing inventory cycle counts, preparing skids for delivery, completing import/export paperwork, maintaining equipment, and cleaning assigned areas. The role requires safe operation of warehouse lifts, attention to detail, basic computer skills, reliable attendance, and willingness to work assigned overtime.

Manages sales growth across an assigned territory by selling window-covering products to dealers, interior designers, decorators, and builders. Responsibilities include developing accounts, conducting product training, handling customer complaints, monitoring competitors, maintaining records, analyzing customer needs, and meeting sales targets. The role requires regular travel, strong communication and organizational skills, solution-based selling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Own the Commercial Business Unit product portfolio strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, launches, and profitability. Translate customer and market needs into product requirements, partner with engineering and operations on feasibility, manage product data and inventory, improve pricing and margins, and coordinate sales and marketing communications. The role requires strong technical, analytical, financial, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills, with product management experience and preferably an engineering-focused bachelor’s degree.
