Cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors ($15,000+) and mid-level donors, manage a portfolio of 80-120 households, secure gifts to meet portfolio targets, represent SpringHill at events and on-site, collaborate with development staff, and grow estate commitments.

Process accounts payable, vendor setup, employee card administration, and deposits. Maintain physical and electronic accounting records, assist month-/year-end close, and support CFO and Accounting Manager.
