The role requires strong transformation, strategy, change management, stakeholder management, communication, and AI fluency.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Journals Permissions team. Responsibilities include monitoring the permissions inbox, processing requests, handling RightsLink tickets, issuing licenses, maintaining records and schedules, preparing reports, processing payments, raising invoices, coordinating meetings, and escalating complex matters. The role also contributes to rights-related systems and process projects while ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused service.
