Manage editorial control of Adis journal content, assess manuscripts, identify peer reviewers, make publication decisions, and commission content in therapeutic specialist areas. Ensure technical accuracy, concise scientific writing, and meet monthly copy targets while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee and quality-check third-party investigations of research integrity concerns (image/data/plagiarism). Triage cases, validate findings with investigative tools, approve editorial actions (including retractions), provide feedback to partners, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Springer Nature policies and COPE guidelines.

Screens scholarly submissions for research integrity concerns using manuscript assessment, fact-checking, publication ethics guidelines, and decision-quality protocols. Determines whether issues are false positives, require author remediation, or warrant withdrawal or rejection. Reviews resubmissions, documents cases and statistics, communicates with editors, publishers, authors, and service providers, and contributes to policy, workflow, auditing, technology improvement, and reporting initiatives.
