The Data Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of data solutions, advocate for data-centric practices, ensure data privacy, and collaborate across teams to improve data ecosystems.

Implement, validate, and maintain GA4 measurement across Springer Nature properties using GTM and BigQuery. Perform audits, QA, data reconciliation, dashboard certification, access governance, and stakeholder enablement to ensure privacy-compliant, reliable analytics and reusable validation assets.

Investigate and resolve image, data and analysis integrity concerns for manuscripts and published work. Lead complex, multi-article cases, advise editorial teams using COPE guidelines, liaise with legal/communications, mentor colleagues, and contribute to policy, training and workflow improvements.
