Manage multi-channel campaigns (search, social, third-party), adapt messaging for local audiences, analyze performance and market insights, coordinate with global and local teams, and help build scalable marketing processes and best practices for Greater China.

Lead Workday Core HCM ownership focused on process optimization, data quality, automated document generation and reporting. Design and maintain business processes, validation frameworks, document templates, integrations oversight, testing and release management, stakeholder collaboration, runbooks and training to ensure accurate, auditable and scalable HR operations.
