Own full-lifecycle recruiting for U.S.-based startup roles, including proactive sourcing, pipeline development, candidate engagement, recruiter screening, hiring-manager partnership, ATS management, and offer execution. The recruiter will focus on specialized GTM and delivery roles, use creative sourcing channels and AI tools, manage multiple priorities independently, and deliver a strong candidate experience during a six-month full-time contract.

Manage a portfolio of students to drive engagement, retention, and completion through proactive outreach (calls, SMS, email). Coach students on time management and study habits, identify at-risk learners, surface cohort health and insights, collaborate with mentors and internal teams, and use tools and AI to improve efficiency and student outcomes.

Lead B2B marketing to drive pipeline and partnership growth across healthcare and enterprise segments. Own event strategy and execution, sales enablement assets, ABM campaigns, content/positioning, product-to-sales messaging, and measurement to optimize marketing-influenced revenue.
