Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners, generate qualified leads, conduct tours, manage follow-up and CRM tracking, collaborate with leadership to meet occupancy goals, represent the community at events, and deliver exceptional customer service to convert prospects into residents.

Coordinate assisted living operations by recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring wellness staff; conduct resident assessments; support resident and family communications; assist with care plans, documentation, medication duties within scope, and emergency or staffing responses.

Lead sales and outreach to grow occupancy in a connected assisted/independent living community. Manage full sales cycle, generate and follow up on leads, build referral relationships with healthcare partners, conduct tours and presentations, track activity in CRM, coordinate move-ins, and represent the community at events.
