Teams at Spring Oak Senior Living

Provide nursing oversight in an assisted living community: delegate medication administration, maintain medical records, conduct assessments, document wounds and risk agreements, and participate in on-call rotation reporting to the Director of Wellness.

Lead multi-site senior living operations to drive census growth, financial performance, regulatory readiness, and resident satisfaction. Support and develop Executive Directors, partner with clinical, sales, HR, and finance teams, implement operational improvements, oversee budgets and staffing, and maintain regular field presence across communities.

Lead marketing and community engagement to grow and maintain occupancy for an assisted living community. Plan and execute marketing plans and events, conduct tours, follow up on leads, coordinate move-ins/outs, track referrals and census, liaise with families and medical/community partners, and support the Executive Director and regional marketing team.
