Leads operational performance across 16 senior living communities, coaching Executive Directors, improving occupancy, financial results, staffing, quality, resident satisfaction, compliance, and culture. Responsibilities include reviewing P&Ls, developing operating and staffing budgets, managing labor and performance metrics, addressing underperforming communities, supporting clinical quality, developing leaders, and partnering with ownership and executive leadership. The role is field-focused, based in Wall, New Jersey, and requires regular multi-state travel.

Own the applicant tracking system, candidate pipelines, job postings, recruiting advertising, and hiring coordination across more than 20 locations. Screen and communicate with leadership candidates, coordinate interviews and feedback, support frontline hiring, train hiring managers on recruiting processes, and assist with onboarding and follow-up. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, initiative, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Provides safe medication administration and documentation for assisted-living residents, monitors changes in condition, assists with activities of daily living and personal care, follows individualized care plans, and communicates with nurses and care team members. Promotes resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence across day, evening, or overnight shifts.
