Own the underwriting and loan originations platform roadmap, driving automation from manual processes to scalable decisioning. Define APIs, requirements, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, and KPIs while testing customer journeys end-to-end. Collaborate across engineering, credit, risk, design, QA, and operations to resolve priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Identify AI opportunities, maintain legacy and new capabilities, manage sensitive financial data, and mentor junior product managers.

Own and improve cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, observability, deployment workflows, and system reliability. Collaborate with engineering, security, IT, networking, platform, product, and data teams on secure provisioning, access control, disaster recovery, incident response, and operational compliance. Use AI-assisted tools and AIOps techniques for infrastructure automation, alert correlation, incident triage, and root-cause analysis while validating security, correctness, and cost.

Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and platform components across AWS and Snowflake. Modernize batch and streaming data flows, support self-serve analytics, and improve testing, observability, security, and CI/CD. Integrate AI capabilities such as anomaly detection and automated tagging. Partner with Finance, Risk, Product, Analytics, ML, and Engineering teams to deliver governed, reliable data while contributing to architecture, design reviews, documentation, and end-to-end project delivery.

Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and platform components using AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow. Modernize legacy data flows, integrate batch and streaming sources, improve testing and observability, and support self-service analytics. Develop AI-enabled capabilities such as anomaly detection and automated tagging. Partner with Finance, Risk, Product, Analytics, ML, and Engineering teams to define requirements, meet SLAs, ensure data governance, and deliver reliable infrastructure end to end.

Build and deliver full‑stack, production-grade features end-to-end. Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate services on AWS. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly, maintain CI/CD and observability, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and design.
