Teams at Spring Creek Village Assisted Living & Memory Care

Assists with developing and coordinating activities, events, outings, newsletters, and resident engagement programs in an assisted living community. Prepares supplies, supports resident participation, assists families and visitors, coordinates entertainers and community resources, takes photos for communications, and participates in emergency response. Requires senior activities experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, HIPAA knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provide direct resident care in assisted living/memory care: administer medications, oversee medication aides, coordinate staff assignments, document clinical care, respond to emergencies, train and support care staff, and communicate with families and physicians to ensure person-centered care.
