Support civil construction projects by coordinating between office and field: validate IFC plans/quantities, manage RFIs/submittals/change orders, maintain GPS topos and survey data, support UAV operations, track schedules and project logs, and assist procurement and permitting while traveling full-time to project sites.

Provide administrative and coordination support for construction projects, including project setup, subcontract and change order administration, purchase orders, invoicing, pay applications, project documentation, schedule updates, and cross-departmental communication.
