Partner with senior leaders to build and scale financial models, perform pre-deal and post-launch analytics, drive assortment and quoting decisions, and provide pipeline and capacity visibility to support rapid, profitable growth for Marketplace Fulfillment.

Design and scale transportation analytics and tooling to optimize network performance and reduce shipping costs. Build dashboards, routing/ship-speed optimizers, chargeback/dispute systems, and cost benchmarking engines. Deliver predictive and real-time KPIs, automate processes, improve data accuracy, and provide fast ad-hoc decision support for cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage fulfillment and strategic growth for China-based brands across multiple ecommerce marketplaces. Build competitive fulfillment agreements, develop account growth strategies, monitor delivery, inventory, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales metrics, and lead brand communications, reporting, follow-ups, and weekly business reviews. The role requires native Mandarin and fluent English, strong executive communication, independent leadership, problem-solving, and experience managing large ecommerce clients.
