Lead UX strategy and execution for data-intensive, role-based SaaS workflows and dashboards. Design scalable systems, drive experimentation and analytics-informed iteration, establish a Figma-based design system, ensure accessibility, and influence product roadmap to improve adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Process purchase orders and supplier invoices accurately, verify vendor documentation and compliance, track open POs and deliveries, resolve invoice/receipt mismatches with Finance/Fulfillment, maintain supplier records, assist sourcing and supplier evaluation, and support process improvements while building proficiency in procurement systems (NetSuite, Coupa, SAP).
