Manage China-based brands' US e-commerce accounts by driving GMV growth, coordinating fulfillment and cross-functional execution, monitoring account health metrics, building client relationships, and delivering regular performance reporting and actionable insights.

Design, build, and maintain backend services for fulfillment operations (inventory, orders, carrier integrations). Ensure reliability of transactional systems, lead technical design, resolve production issues, identify systemic problems, collaborate with product and operations, and mentor junior engineers.
