Own the day-to-day Amazon FBA program, including replenishment, shipment management, product onboarding, Merchant VINE launches, pricing, performance reporting, and inventory health. Develop scalable workflows and SOPs, resolve fulfillment issues, monitor Amazon policies and fees, and serve as the internal FBA subject matter expert while partnering with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Conduct import entry audits, review CBP documentation, manage Post Summary Corrections, validate duty payments, monitor customs broker performance, and support HTS classification accuracy. Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and duty savings opportunities while building dashboards, reports, calculators, and automation. Collaborate with Finance, Transportation, Merchandising, customs brokers, and other teams to improve customs processes, documentation, data integrity, and global trade compliance.

Manage the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services customers, including consolidating data, preparing invoices, validating formulas and contract alignment, securing approvals, issuing invoices, and resolving billing queries. The role requires high-volume financial accuracy, stakeholder communication, strong Excel skills, and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin. It is fully remote and requires a suitable home-office setup, dual monitors, reliable internet, and UK working hours.
