Lead and operate day-to-day IT functions with emphasis on DLP program ownership, endpoint management (Jamf), vulnerability remediation (CrowdStrike), IAM/Okta support, software lifecycle provisioning, and end-user services. Triage alerts, tune policies, document processes, coordinate cross-functionally, and apply AI to improve IT operations.

Lead day-to-day IT operations and the DLP program: monitor and tune DLP policies, investigate alerts, administer endpoint management (Jamf), remediate vulnerabilities (CrowdStrike), support Okta/SSO provisioning, assist onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Security and cross-functional teams to improve IT and security processes.

Lead day-to-day IT operations and the DLP program: manage DLP tooling and policies, monitor and triage alerts, administer Jamf and Okta, remediate workstation vulnerabilities (CrowdStrike), support software lifecycle and end-user services, and collaborate across IT, Security, and business teams to improve processes and secure AI adoption.

Hands-on accounting role supporting month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, AR/AP, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and finance system administration (NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp, Carta). Owns reconciliations, journal entries, controls, audit support, and process improvements with automation and AI-enabled workflows.
