Develop, train and deploy machine learning and image-processing algorithms for medical applications. Prepare and clean datasets and ground truth, evaluate models, interact with clinicians and product managers, deploy models in real-time with engineering, draft technical documentation, and support research from literature review to experiment execution.

Lead regulatory and quality activities for AI-based IVD diagnostic products: manage CE marking and IVDR strategy, act as PRRC, maintain ISO 13485-aligned QMS, drive technical documentation, risk management, PMS/vigilance, coordinate with notified bodies, ensure EU AI Act compliance, and support audits and supplier evaluations.

Lead and manage strategic partnerships with medtech, pharma, and technology partners; drive end-to-end partnership processes, translate technical capabilities into partner value, support international expansion, and align internal teams to partnership strategy.

Lead commercialization of AI oncology products (especially MEDULAI) by identifying partners, designing business and market access strategies, negotiating commercial and data agreements, promoting digital pathology solutions, and aligning internal teams to market needs.

Lead and translate clinical hematology needs into AI-driven products: manage projects, advise on study design, liaise with hospitals/pharma, write proposals, evaluate usability and train clinical teams. Support deployment and product definition, travel nationally.

Develop, train and deploy multimodal AI models for biomedical diagnostics and clinical research. Prepare and clean data and ground truth, evaluate algorithms, collaborate with clinicians and product managers, deploy models in real-time with engineering, draft technical documentation, and lead/participate in scientific publications from experiment design to submission and peer review.
