Teams at Spotify

Manages Spotify’s relationships with artists and labels across France, serving as the primary liaison for music partners. Develops release strategies, supports partner education, identifies trends and emerging talent, and contributes to cross-functional campaigns and strategic initiatives. Uses audience insights and cultural expertise to inform decisions, strengthen Spotify’s content offering, and drive artist and business growth. Represents music partnerships in executive-level projects while coordinating teams across editorial, marketing, communications, strategy, and operations.

Provide architectural leadership for Spotify’s large-scale media platform, guiding ingestion, transcoding, packaging, storage, delivery, and playback. Lead multi-team technical initiatives, define long-term architecture, author RFCs and design documents, mentor senior engineers, and align technical strategy with reliability, product priorities, and infrastructure costs. The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, media technologies, codecs, cloud infrastructure, CDN ecosystems, and globally distributed delivery.

Build and operate scalable backend infrastructure for Spotify’s personalization and recommendation systems. Develop services supporting content and user representations, candidate generation, retrieval, ranking, and filtering. Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and maintainability while collaborating across engineering teams. Participate in technical design and architectural decisions for high-volume, distributed workloads.
