Create and execute SpotDraft’s content strategy across social channels and communities; lead brand campaigns with cross-functional teams; plan and produce the monthly newsletter; drive PR and thought leadership; track performance and iterate to grow engagement and awareness.

Design, build, and scale reliable backend services and distributed systems. Own end-to-end system design (HLD/LLD), APIs, and production reliability. Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams, translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, participate in hiring, and drive architectural decisions and performance optimizations.

Own end-to-end onboarding for North American enterprise customers: scope, configure, and implement SpotDraft integrations (CRM, HRMS, procurement, ticketing, eSign). Run discovery workshops, manage project plans, mentor junior implementers, track KPIs, resolve scope gaps, and feed product insights to improve the onboarding experience.
