Manage end-to-end SaaS customer implementations and onboarding, including requirements workshops, product configuration, third-party integrations, customization support, documentation, training, and rollout planning. Partner with customers, engineering, product, and integrations teams to align CRM, HRMS, procurement, ticketing, SSO, and API integrations with SpotDraft’s platform while meeting project objectives and timelines.

Build and scale backend systems for AI-powered contract features: design extraction pipelines, RAG/LLM integrations, ensure reliability and cost-efficiency, collaborate with Product and AI teams, and own end-to-end delivery and maintenance.

Own CS forecasting, reporting, and data hygiene; optimize post-sales processes and handoffs; run NPS/CSAT and QBRs; manage CS toolstack, integrations, and variable comp; enable CS through training and analytics to drive retention and expansion.
