Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, account management, product, and data science teams; improving pricing models and processes; ensuring compliance; and analyzing large datasets to support pricing decisions.

Coordinates daily freight and account operations, communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Handles customer inquiries and resolutions, prepares freight documents, verifies load accuracy, and manages logistics workflows to support customer satisfaction and account growth.
