Creates and maintains commercial bouldering problems and climbing routes for users of all skill levels. Responsibilities include route setting, grading, quality control, equipment maintenance, hold stripping and cleaning, route taping, setting-area organization, safety compliance, forerunning, and collaboration with setting leads. The role requires physical work at heights, climbing, use of power tools, occasional long or off-hours shifts, and professional communication with gym members.
