Lead IT and Information Security projects across globally distributed teams, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, ownership, and delivery outcomes. Coordinate vulnerability remediation, Red Team and Blue Team follow-up, and security improvement initiatives. Consolidate work across multiple Jira environments, analyze delivery metrics and trends, automate reporting, and provide actionable governance and management visibility across IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform, Security, and business teams.

Leads end-to-end customer experience improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of customer contacts and dissatisfaction, managing CX roadmaps, and coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service teams. Owns CSAT and DSAT metrics, operational backlogs, AI assistant improvements, proactive communications, automated workflows, social media engagement, and surge protocols. Uses customer support analytics and cross-functional project management to reduce friction and improve scalable service operations.

Grow and maintain SportyBet’s social and affiliate communities across multiple platforms. Engage users, influencers, creators, tipsters, and affiliate partners; monitor performance and online activity; analyze trends and sentiment; identify new partnership opportunities; and provide feedback to improve results. The role also requires copywriting, content creation, cross-team collaboration, and managing multiple channels in a fast-paced sports betting environment.
