Monitor live sporting events and betting markets, manage client risk exposure, analyze betting activity and customer behavior, investigate unusual patterns, and produce trading performance insights. The role requires rapid decision-making under pressure, strong sports and betting knowledge, data analysis using Excel or SQL, data visualization, effective communication, and flexibility for shift-based work in a fully onsite London environment.

Lead product design across sports streaming, betting, and fan engagement experiences. Partner with product leadership to shape concepts, guide products from ideation through launch, mentor and coach designers, improve design processes, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, commercial, and external teams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design, prototyping, storytelling, and exploration of AI-powered design tools.

Train new baseball loggers, prepare quality assurance reports, provide feedback on logging performance and QA results, and assist with questions in the Synergy Sports QA Slack channel. Additional duties may be assigned.
