Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions, integrate APIs and real-time services, optimize performance, and maintain high-quality tested code. Contribute to architecture, planning, code reviews, and retrospectives while mentoring engineers and collaborating with designers and product leaders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Lead engineering architecture and culture for real-time iGaming products. Design resilient, low-latency distributed systems, promote AI-assisted development, enforce testing and security practices, align front-end, back-end, and infrastructure teams, contribute to complex technical work, and mentor senior engineers. The role requires expertise in Java/JVM, React, TypeScript, AWS, cloud architecture, high-concurrency gaming systems, and cross-team technical leadership.

Conduct due diligence and complex intelligence-led investigations using all-source methods. Research and analyze sensitive information, datasets, and OSINT; produce intelligence reports; maintain intelligence holdings; support HUMINT source development; and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on sports integrity, fraud, corruption, doping, and misconduct threats.
