Test IT general and application controls (user access, change management, IT operations), leverage GRC tools and data analytics, partner with stakeholders, identify control weaknesses, and support SOX framework improvements and remediation reporting.

Lead risk-based financial and operational audits with emphasis on SOX compliance, walkthroughs, and testing. Supervise management testers, identify control risks in financial reporting and accounting processes, perform interviews and audit testing, prepare clear audit reports, and recommend process improvements including automation and data analytics opportunities.

Lead and execute North America communications strategy; manage media access and relationships across US and Canada; craft press releases, briefing documents, key messages and presentations; coordinate with global communications and internal stakeholders; manage teams and PR agencies; support executive media and speaking opportunities.
