Teams at Sportradar Group AG

Analyzes prediction market, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and sports-related datasets to identify trends, anomalies, relationships, and risks. Builds monitoring frameworks, dashboards, visualizations, automated reporting processes, and investigative methodologies. Supports wallet attribution, transaction tracing, network analysis, revenue recovery, intellectual property protection, and commercial intelligence. Collaborates with intelligence, data science, and engineering teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage strategic client relationships, ensure contractual obligations are delivered, lead client communications, analyze data and Excel insights, support account planning, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams. The role requires strong commercial awareness, contract understanding, organized follow-through, senior stakeholder engagement, presentation skills, and willingness to travel.

Provide technical guidance and hands-on integration support to key clients using Sportradar’s sports betting solutions. Partner with service delivery, account management, sales, product, and engineering teams to manage integrations, resolve issues, support feature adoption, and improve documentation and processes. Lead integration projects when needed while communicating complex technical topics clearly to nontechnical audiences and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
