Lead cross-functional hardware and embedded systems projects from concept through certification, mass production, and launch. Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate electronics, mechanical, firmware, QA, manufacturing, software, and data teams while aligning Agile firmware delivery with hardware stage gates. Oversee prototyping, EVT/DVT/PVT builds, validation, compliance testing, contract manufacturing, production handover, sustaining work, and continuous process improvement.

Design electronics for instrumented sports balls and player tags from architecture through volume production. Responsibilities include power, charging, radio, antenna, sensing, schematic design, PCB layout in Altium, EMC, validation, bring-up, documentation, design reviews, manufacturing handover, and component lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on development of compact, low-power, mixed-signal embedded products operating under severe space, weight, power, impact, and manufacturability constraints.
