Performs assigned express vehicle service and repairs using standard and special tools. Follows manufacturer procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards; documents repair work, completes warranty paperwork, road-tests vehicles when needed, maintains clean work areas, attends required technical training, and communicates with dealership personnel to support customer satisfaction.

Sell new and used vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating features and test-driving vehicles, negotiating price and financing, handling delivery, following up after delivery, and prioritizing gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

Handle inbound internet, phone and live-chat leads; schedule and follow up on sales appointments; provide initial product and financing information; use CRM daily; follow up on no-shows and unready leads; participate in team and process development to support dealership sales.
