Develop and optimize large-scale data systems, ETL pipelines, storage, entity-resolution products, and data automation infrastructure. Build and integrate ingestion and processing pipelines using AWS, Airflow, Spark, PySpark, and EMR. Create testing and monitoring components, develop analytical tools, support data governance and quality, collaborate with data science teams, and document technical solutions.

Analyze payments and fraud performance using SQL, dashboards, KPIs, and trend analysis. Support fraud decisioning, evaluate rules and alerts, investigate payment declines, identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve authorization rates, fraud detection, and operational performance. Communicate actionable insights and root-cause analysis to business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Generate and close new B2B business for Spokeo’s technical data solutions. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline and forecast management, product demonstrations, opportunity qualification, relationship building, negotiation, and closing. The role targets Recruiting and Fraud use cases, partners with Marketing and Product, and requires experience selling APIs or data products. It is remote with less than 20% domestic travel to client locations and industry events.

Lead and manage a data engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines, ETL, data warehouses/lakes, and reporting on AWS/Azure. Drive data governance, quality, SLA definitions, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and product owners to deliver analytics solutions.

Own product roadmap and lead a cross-functional Scrum team to build B2C and B2B data-powered products. Discover opportunities, create PRDs and user stories, prioritize features, drive launches, measure impact, and iterate using data, user research, and stakeholder alignment.
