Performs legal research, case and trial preparation, client interviews, legal document drafting, discovery, depositions, and courtroom representation under attorney supervision. Handles criminal, traffic, civil, and involuntary commitment matters, maintains case files, advises client agencies, and supports legal policy compliance. The position requires a Washington APR 9 limited law license or completion of one year of an accredited Juris Doctor program.

Performs entry-level civil engineering work for county roads, bridges, stormwater, traffic, development review, environmental projects, and construction administration. Conducts engineering analyses, designs, field investigations, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, and technical reporting. Supports bridge inspections, floodplain permit reviews, public presentations, and project management. Supervises a field technician and coordinates with developers, consultants, agencies, and community groups. Work is performed under the guidance of a higher-level engineer.

Provides in-office technical support for County desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, peripherals, software, and audio/video systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, deploying and configuring devices, maintaining Active Directory, documenting procedures, resolving network problems, managing inventory, evaluating replacement needs, and serving as an escalation point for complex issues. The role also supports special projects and collaborates with users, departments, technicians, and systems administrators.
