Plans and facilitates meaningful daily programs, events, outings, and wellness experiences for memory support residents. Builds relationships with residents, families, volunteers, contractors, and colleagues; promotes participation; develops communications and calendars; supports committees and special projects; tracks feedback and engagement; assists with technology-enabled programming; and contributes to quality improvement and resident-centered initiatives.
