Build, launch, optimize and scale campaigns, brief and test creative, maintain reporting and attribution clarity (MMPs), and drive CAC/ROAS performance through data-driven experimentation and budget allocation.

Own and scale Splash’s paid and organic search channels: build and manage Google Ads campaigns, run A/B tests, optimize post-click funnel, and lead technical and content SEO (site architecture, speed, schema, backlinks). Pull reports, build dashboards, and partner on generative/AI search readiness. Execute strategy end-to-end and iterate based on data.
