Own lender integrations and consumer funnel optimization for Splash's personal loan product: scope and launch lender integrations, improve borrower-lender matching and offer experience, run A/B tests and funnel experiments, partner with engineering and data science, and use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap to launch and scale an in-house HELOC business, owning decisioning, verification, valuation, document generation, closing, funding, and compliance infrastructure. Partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Capital Markets to integrate vendors, manage licensing, and drive growth using funnel, conversion, and portfolio metrics.

Lead and scale end-to-end HELOC operations, building workflows, SOPs, and quality controls across origination, underwriting support, closing, and post-close handoffs. Partner with product and engineering to automate processes, manage vendor and lending partner integrations, hire and develop an operations team, monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, state licensing), and serve as primary escalation for complex operational issues to drive efficiency and a great borrower/partner experience.
