Manage end-to-end delivery of school WASH infrastructure projects in Malawi, coordinating engineering consultants, contractors, suppliers, government partners, and schools. Responsibilities include reviewing designs and bills of quantities, managing schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, handover, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple project sites.

Leads Splash’s global financial strategy, sustainability, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, audits, tax, internal controls, and financial systems across U.S. and international operations. Advises the CEO, Board, and country leaders on blended finance, government co-financing, reserves, liquidity, donor restrictions, and multi-country expansion. Builds scalable finance processes, strengthens reporting and controls, and leads the global finance team while partnering cross-functionally in complex low- and middle-income-country environments.

The Impact and MLE Manager owns in-country program data systems, ensuring accurate collection, entry, quality assurance, and reporting. The role manages Salesforce and TaroWorks workflows, builds dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI, supports implementing partners, trains field teams, and conducts contextual analysis. The manager collaborates with government, country, regional, finance, and operations teams to integrate data, document learning, support donor reporting, and promote data-informed program improvements.
