Work in a structured, high-volume rotisserie brasserie across brunch and dinner shifts. Prepare classic brasserie dishes to consistent standards, follow HACCP/food-safety systems, operate live rotisserie, perform under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and participate in training and progression opportunities.

Lead daily cafe operations and supervise front-of-house staff. Ensure cleanliness, service and food safety standards. Handle customer queries, assist with training, ordering, stock control and reporting, and support shifts to deliver excellent guest experiences.
