Leads the marketing department’s strategy, planning, analytics, budgets, processes, agencies, and team execution. Owns performance reporting across the inquiry-to-registration funnel, investigates campaign and data issues, establishes operational controls, manages vendors, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives. Develops integrated marketing plans supporting registrations, brand awareness, campus performance, and franchise growth while presenting results and recommendations to senior leadership.

Leads daily campus operations and supports the Principal in maintaining academic, administrative, and educational standards. Supervises, mentors, and evaluates teaching and administrative staff; monitors student progress, staff performance, KPIs, and compliance; delivers lessons and substitutes when needed; supports recruitment and personnel decisions; oversees events, summer camps, marketing, records, safety, facilities, and parent communication.

Administer Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, endpoints, networks, Windows servers, storage, and business-system integrations. Configure Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, data relationships, APIs, and synchronization. Manage Intune, Entra ID, security policies, user access, IT assets, automation, and endpoint services. Provide second-tier technical support, troubleshoot infrastructure and integration issues, document procedures, and improve business processes using Microsoft automation and AI tools.
