Partner with hiring managers and technical experts to coordinate fair assessments, evaluate applicants, and recommend hires. Support employer branding, anticipate talent needs, improve recruiting processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires bilingual French and English communication and involves hybrid work in Montreal.
