Manages coding and revenue integrity processes, including coder onboarding, charge capture, billing edits, denials, reimbursement analysis, compliance monitoring, internal audits, and corrective actions. Develops coding workflows and training, distributes workloads, tracks revenue cycle KPIs, supports external audits, and presents recommendations to leadership. Partners with coding, billing, compliance, IT, clinical operations, providers, and executives to improve billing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement performance.

Manage orthopedic practice front-desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out, registration, insurance verification, copay collection, appointment scheduling, referrals, authorizations, record requests, phone support, and payment reporting. Provide courteous patient assistance, explain office and billing policies, maintain required documentation, and support daily office opening and closing procedures.

Supervises front desk operations across orthopedic practice locations, coordinating staffing, scheduling, check-in and check-out workflows, collections, supplies, training, performance management, and customer service. Supports patients, providers, clinical teams, and the call center; manages complaints, reports, timecards, inventory, and workflow documentation. The role also travels to satellite offices as needed and partners with HR and administrative leadership on staffing and coverage.
