Own the editorial strategy and publishing calendar for Spiralyze’s LinkedIn and YouTube media brand. Extract insights from the Founder, turn them into ghostwritten posts and video scripts, direct creative production, and manage videography, design, and editing teams. Track engagement, audience growth, and pipeline attribution to refine content formats and performance. The role combines strategic planning, writing, editing, founder collaboration, creative direction, and data-informed iteration.

Support the Founder with ambiguous tasks, research, presentation preparation, meeting planning, scheduling, follow-up tracking, client coordination, and personal or company errands. The role is designed for a highly proactive recent graduate who can learn quickly, solve problems independently, and develop toward product or leadership responsibilities.

Sources, screens, interviews, and engages candidates across multiple hiring platforms. Maintains applicant records, recruitment metrics, job advertisements, and positive candidate experiences while collaborating with HR and hiring managers. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, English proficiency, ATS familiarity, and the ability to learn role requirements quickly. Experience recruiting UI/UX designers is preferred. This is a permanently remote, full-time entry-level position.
