Own SwimOutlet’s organic and paid social creative, including shooting, editing, UGC, motion graphics, static ads, publishing, community management, and ambassador programs. Lead channel strategy, creative testing, performance analysis, product alignment, trend monitoring, and brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate weekly with the CMO to optimize paid social content and measurable commercial outcomes.

Performs embroidery, heat-press, and direct-to-film customization of garments while completing warehouse duties. Sets up and operates equipment, threads needles, prepares garments, applies names, numbers, and logos, cuts and weeds vinyl, verifies orders, maintains machines, tracks supplies, and prepares items for shipment or pickup. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, color differentiation, physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds in a distribution environment.
