Owns SwimOutlet and Sporti’s organic social presence and social creative production across video, UGC, motion graphics, and static content. Responsibilities include shooting, editing, publishing, community management, ambassador program management, paid-social creative testing, performance analysis, trend monitoring, and brand-voice stewardship. The role partners with the CMO and internal teams to align content with business priorities and optimize creative based on performance data.

Performs embroidery, heat pressing, direct-to-film customization, garment preparation, vinyl cutting, order verification, inventory tracking, packing, and general warehouse duties. Operates and maintains customization equipment, follows detailed specifications, completes quality checks, meets service-level expectations, and supports process improvement. Requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds in a distribution environment.
