Leads product strategy, roadmap prioritization, AI and automation initiatives, client engagement, and cross-functional delivery for SPINS Intelligence and Portal. The role combines hands-on product management with PM team leadership, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, triaging issues, reviewing sprint output, managing product economics, and developing business cases. Requires strong CPG, SaaS analytics, data product, AI/ML, and technical platform expertise.

Analyzes syndicated retail data and client information to identify growth opportunities, deliver strategic insights and recommendations, and support client decision-making. Manages client needs and concurrent projects, coordinates training on SPINS data and applications, builds relationships across client organizations, and identifies relevant SPINS solutions. Requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, and experience with CPG, consulting, market research, or syndicated data.

Lead product marketing across SPINS's established and emerging AI-powered commerce platforms. Define category narratives, positioning, portfolio messaging, go-to-market strategy, and market intelligence. Lead and scale the product marketing team, develop talent, enable sales and customer experience teams, and create assets such as playbooks, battlecards, and ROI narratives. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and RevOps to drive launches, pipeline, win rates, expansion, and revenue growth.
