Designs, builds, and enhances a full-stack data platform covering data ingestion, ETL, big data processing, APIs, and web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include writing tested code, solving technical and data challenges, developing AI-integrated tools, transforming large datasets, and automating repetitive processes. The role also involves collaboration with Product and Design teams and participation in squad rotation.

Supports customer implementation, onboarding, and issue resolution for SPINS data products and applications. Partners with Retail, CPG, and account teams to configure solutions, analyze complex datasets, create reports, troubleshoot data issues, and maximize customer value. The role also develops internal tools and workflows, triages application and data-feed issues, and serves as a technical business partner to Customer Success and Sales teams.

Analyzes syndicated retail data and client information to identify growth opportunities, deliver strategic insights and recommendations, and support client decision-making. Manages client needs and concurrent projects, coordinates training on SPINS data and applications, builds relationships across client organizations, and identifies relevant SPINS solutions. Requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, and experience with CPG, consulting, market research, or syndicated data.
