The VMware Support Engineer will provide level 3 support for VMware technologies, troubleshoot issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage critical situations while working in a global team environment.

Act as technical and security subject-matter expert supporting sales pursuits for third-party SAP support and managed services. Perform technical landscape and spend analysis, develop solutions and costing, lead RFP/RFI responses, create collateral, advise on SAP architecture, licensing, security, and RISE/GROW strategy, and collaborate across teams and regions to drive technical and commercial outcomes.

The PostgreSQL Technical Solution Architect will provide expert guidance on PostgreSQL technologies, lead architecture discussions, handle customer engagements, and ensure operational excellence.
