Leads technical pre-sales engagements for PostgreSQL enterprise support, modernization, and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations across EMEA. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, RFP responses, migration planning, and advising on performance, security, high availability, backup, recovery, and operational readiness. The role also helps establish repeatable PostgreSQL practice assets, enablement materials, reference architectures, and delivery models while partnering with sales, product, engineering, delivery, and customer success teams.

Serves as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for PostgreSQL support, modernization, and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations. Leads discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, RFP responses, and customer evaluations. Advises on PostgreSQL architecture, performance, security, availability, maintenance, migration, and operating models. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success while helping establish scalable PostgreSQL practice assets and enablement materials.

Provides remote fourth-level SAP Finance support for global customers, resolving complex SAP FICO, CFIN, and S/4HANA Finance issues. Translates country-specific tax and legal requirements into SAP solutions, including e-invoicing, e-reporting, and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. The role also manages customer relationships, tracks issues through resolution, drives satisfaction, and supports urgent matters outside normal hours.
