Provides administrative support to Legal and Compliance operations within a regulated medical device company. Responsibilities include managing contracts and third-party information, preparing transparency reports and regulatory filings, maintaining compliance records, managing shared mailboxes, organizing meetings, and drafting minutes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, French and English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience with CLM systems and regulated healthcare industries.

Administer and maintain hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure across Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, automate operational tasks, support modernization projects, and enforce security, compliance, availability, and continuity standards. The role also involves documentation, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and advising internal teams on infrastructure improvements.

Develop and execute commercial strategies for spinal navigation and robotic surgery platforms. Sell complex capital equipment to hospitals, administrators, surgeons, and OR personnel; manage account plans, negotiations, demonstrations, implementations, training, clinical support, inventory, and profitability. Build customer and distributor relationships, organize workshops and congress participation, provide market intelligence, and report post-market surveillance and vigilance cases. The hybrid role requires extensive travel and regular support in Dallas.
