Own supply chain planning, purchasing, production planning, product allocation, inventory control, and finished-goods management. Execute transactions in NetSuite, manage inventory across third-party sites, coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams, resolve shipment discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliations and lot tracking. The role also analyzes data, improves procedures, and helps achieve sales, margin, and customer-service goals.

Manages customer orders from receipt through invoicing, coordinating fulfillment, shipments, deliveries, inventory, and issue resolution across distribution locations. Serves as an operational liaison among customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, warehouses, and carriers. Handles customer requirements, claims, deductions, routing instructions, and delivery discrepancies while identifying process improvements and supporting systems and operational projects.

Leads raw material and finished goods supply planning, production scheduling, allocation, and S&OP governance. Manages a five-person planning team, aligns demand with manufacturing capacity and supply continuity, and improves service levels, inventory, margins, and working capital. Oversees ERP and planning-system improvements, forecasting, budgets, scenario planning, supplier and co-packer visibility, and continuous improvement. Partners with commercial, operations, finance, suppliers, and 3PLs while supporting long-term operating plans and executive decision-making.
