Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations of SPHEREboard, translating client requirements into plans, managing engineers and cross-functional teams, driving adoption through training and enablement, ensuring on-time go-live, documentation, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks.
